Welcome and thank you for your interest in sharing this experiential and mystical space for exploring the healing arts in community.  The inspiration to create this platform came while I was deep into my healing journey from chronic Lyme disease. I brought together my experiences as a wilderness educator, contemplative psychotherapist and a deeply caring student of the healing arts to create a free resource for the community to inspire creative self-expression, exploration and joyful ways of being.  On the days when it was one foot in front of the other or one breath at a time... I focused on how good it feels to share the good things from moment to moment, and it helped me to imagine the benefit I might one day bring to the community through my artistic expressions.  Each day that I added an image or a new inspiration, I felt renewed and invigorated... these moments lit the night sky of my experience, and eventually I found my way through.  I continue to share new adventures in the sacred and experiential arts with community in different Sacred Forms...
